Q: Which led do you use? And how many pieces?
A: We use the top brand LED Samsung and Osram. As the HELENOR SMART-960W, we use 3264pcs Samsung white LED + 128pcs Osram deep red+ 40pcs Seoul UVA 385nm and 40pcs OSRAM Far-Red 730nm.
Q: Which drivers can we choose?
A: About the driver, we support MEANWELL or INVENTRONICS.
Q: What kind of plug do you provide ?
A: The default shipping plug is US120V, and it supports different specifications of plugs in different countries, such as US240v, EU220v, AU220v, etc.
Q: What about the footprint coverage?
A: The coverage of our HELENOR SMART-640W is 4’by 4’ to 7’ by 7’. When you use it in the vegetative stage, the coverage is 4’by 4’ to 7’ by 7’. If you use the light in the flowering stage, the coverage is 4’by 4’ to 5’ by 5’.
Q: Is there any other option for HELENOR SMART-960W?
A: Yes, the standard configuration is 960W+73W+30W, which is 640w +UV+IR. Another option is 960W+76W+73W+30W,, which is 960w with double deep red +UV+IR.
Q: What is the biggest advantage of this product?
A: 3 or 4 separate channels that can be dimmed independently. Dimming gives you full control of your intensity and allows you to only use what you need taking efficiency to the next level, reducing BTU output, and extending the lifespan of the fixture.
